Rosy-pink flowers add a touch of romance when displayed against the dark glossy foliage. The foliage is much darker than that of older varieties like Java Red.It contrasts beautifully with the rosy-pink flowers, making for a high impact display in the garden.

This variety produces copious amounts of flowers in spring, and will re-bloom throughout the summer. The trumpet-like flowers are adored by hummingbirds!

TIPS ON CARE:

• Sun to part shade
• Blooms spring and summer
• Prepare the soil by mixing 2/3 soil, 1/3 White Oak Organic Planting Mix and the recommended amount of Bio-Tone Starter Plus fertilizer
• Check the plant for water every 3-4 days. If the soil under the mulch is dry go ahead and give it a good drink
• Add a 2″ layer of mulch, being sure mulch does not come into contact with the trunk
