Kathy has been a beloved part of White Oak for over 25 years and brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to everything garden-related. Her passion and energy are contagious, and she can’t wait to share her love for gardening with you.

Meet Gus

Gus is the mascot of the White Oak Garden Club, and while you won’t find him in the garden center, his spirit is at the heart of everything we do. With his classic pointy hat and sturdy boots, Gus is a simple reminder of the values that unite our club—community, learning, and growth.

As a symbol of our club, Gus represents the idea that gardening is a shared experience. Whether you’re just starting out or have years of experience, Gus reminds us that we all have something valuable to offer. The White Oak Garden Club thrives because we come together to share ideas, swap tips, and support one another’s growth, both in the garden and as gardeners. So, when you think of Gus, think of the community we’ve built—where every gardener, no matter their experience, plays a role in helping us all grow.
