Select plants on our website are shipped directly from trusted growing partners and are not stocked at White Oak Gardens. These items are not available for in-store pickup, return, or exchange. All online plant purchases are final sale and non-returnable.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the plant and packaging. Once confirmed, a replacement will be arranged when applicable.
