Easily our most popular evergreen shrub, the Green Velvet Boxwood is a staple for any landscape. It is great for foundation planting, is extremely easy to grow and is a hardy shrub that works well in our Cincinnati soil. It is an evergreen round variety and will retain its rich, green color through the seasons.

TIPS ON CARE:

• Sun to part shade
• Prepare the soil by mixing 2/3 soil, 1/3 White Oak Organic Planting Mix and the recommended amount of Bio-Tone Starter Plus fertilizer
• Check the plant for water every 3-4 days. If the soil under the mulch is dry go ahead and give it a good drink
• Add a 2″ layer of mulch, being sure mulch does not come into contact with the trunk
