An easily grown deciduous shrub that is known for its attractive foliage. The leaves emerge greenish-gold in spring and age to burgundy. The foliage is complimented with pinkish-white blooms in late spring. Works great as a border or hedge.

TIPS ON CARE:

• Sun to part shade
• Blooms in late spring
• Prepare the soil by mixing 2/3 soil, 1/3 White Oak Organic Planting Mix and the recommended amount of Bio-Tone Starter Plus fertilizer
• Check the plant for water every 3-4 days. If the soil under the mulch is dry go ahead and give it a good drink
• Add a 2″ layer of mulch, being sure mulch does not come into contact with the trunk
