This evergreen holly flourishes in full sun to part shade and prefers acidic soils. When pollinated by a ‘China Boy’ Holly a ‘China Girl’ will produce bright red berries. They work excellent for borders, accents or foundation planting.

TIPS ON CARE:

• Sun to part shade
• Prepare the soil by mixing 2/3 soil, 1/3 White Oak Organic Planting Mix and the recommended amount of Bio-Tone Starter Plus fertilizer
• Check the plant for water every 3-4 days. If the soil under the mulch is dry go ahead and give it a good drink
• Add a 2″ layer of mulch, being sure mulch does not come into contact with the trunk
