Plant Return Policy

We’re proud to offer an expanded selection beyond our garden center, with plants delivered directly to your door. Select plants on our website are shipped directly from trusted growing partners and are not stocked at White Oak Gardens. These items are not available for in-store pickup, return, or exchange. All online plant purchases are final sale and non-returnable.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the plant and packaging. Once confirmed, a replacement will be arranged when applicable.

• No warranties or guarantees are offered on online plant purchases
• Plant performance depends on care and environmental conditions after delivery
